WORKING EXPERIENCE

Duties & Responsibilities:

Handle project and report to Design Manager.
Assigned independently or as a part of the team to perform mainly on major scope/area of the project.
Develop conceptual sketches, design system studies from architectural drawing and generate shop drawing derived from approved tender, mock-up for final draft of (layout plans, elevations, sections & details) for custom curtainwalls, cladding, punch/ ribbon/ strip windows, shopfronts, doors entrances, canopies and other projects specific scope.
Assist in the preparation / checking of new aluminum profile and gasket for the project implementation.
Providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior members of the team.
Prepare project Mock-up design and oversee for inspection.
Review, identify and analyze problem solve conflicts between architectural and structural working drawings.
Perform / preparation / checking of material take-off, and issue approved cutting list / fabrication drawing and machining details.
Performs the design drawings and detailed studies for manufacturing drawings utilizing 3D CAD.
Provide approved detailed engineering drawings for the proper installation and coordination of different trades on site.
Coordination of works with purchasing, production and other associated personnel involved in the project team.
Delegate coordination meetings with the clients/Architect, Main Contractor and Consultants.
Prepare revise and resubmit shop drawing for approval and preparation of fabrication drawing for final production.
Conduct site visit to assist project managers for inspection in certain site constraint essential for transposing and/or double checking field dimensions for in house and out-of house fabrication as necessary.
Store records for all incoming and outgoing project related documents such as submission, rejection approvals.
Prepare ‘As Built’ drawings to the Client/ Architect and Consultant for final handover of the Project.
Performs all other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
